Chef Paolo Benedet, Chef de Cuisine

Italian-born Chef Paolo Benedet brings to The Cliff a wealth of hospitality knowledge and deep love of seafood. Chef Benedet’s approach is traditional yet refined, authentic and original. His recipes, a tour de force of time spent in Venice, Treviso and other culinary capitals, celebrates fine Mediterranean ingredients. The decadent Cliff Tiramisu, a family recipe, headlines his dessert menu.
