Rooted in tradition, this menu celebrates the rich variety of premium lamb, expertly prepared to highlight its natural depth and tenderness. Enjoy dishes such as pappardelle in a rich, slow-simmered lamb ragu with pecorino, and our juicy, high-heat grilled lamb loin marinated in garlic and herbs, perfectly balanced with a vibrant mint salsa verde and radicchio salad.
