Located at heart of the Resort, LeBar is an outdoor pavilion lounge that offers themed afternoon teas and cocktails amid views of serenity and the South China Sea. While the afternoon away with a three-tier selection of sweet and savoury bites paired with free-flowing tea or coffee.

In a nod to the Resort’s sustainability initiatives and the team’s craftsmanship, the Sofitel Sling is a signature cocktail for barflies looking for a unique drink. It is concocted with Seven Tails Brandy, Amaro Montenegro, Eau-De-Vie, Passion Fruit, Calamansi, Watermelon Skin Tincture, Rose Nectar and Lemon Leaf. The watermelon skin tincture is made from upcycled watermelon skins from our kitchen, while the lemons leaves are from the lemon trees grown at the Resort.

Daniel Anthony, Head Mixologist

Inventor of the legendary Sofitel Sling, Daniel Anthony is the celebrated Head Mixologist at LeBar. His signature elixir, a fusion of French and local flavours, is made with Seven Tails Brandy, Amaro Montenegro, eau-de-vie, passion fruit, calamansi, rose nectar, lemon leaf from the Resort's own trees and watermelon skin tincture, which he makes using fresh watermelon scraps from our kitchen.

Sustainable Dining

In March 2023, the Resort was awarded Singapore Food Agency Farm-To-Table Recognition (Highest Tier). At Kwee Zeen, we are committed to supporting local producers. At least 15% of the food items on the menu, including hen shell eggs, leafy vegetables, beansprouts and fish are sourced in Singapore. This ensures high quality and fresher ingredients due to a shorter period of transportation and enables our chefs to showcase uniquely created menus that highlight local flavours. 

FurKids are Welcomed

While the restaurant offers a spacious indoor dining area, the al fresco section provides a relaxed, pet-friendly space surrounded by greenery, with views of the pool and the South China Sea.
