Daniel Anthony, Head Mixologist

Inventor of the legendary Sentosa Sling, Daniel Anthony is the celebrated Head Mixologist at LeBar. His signature elixir, a fusion of French and local flavours, is made with Seven Tails Brandy, Montenegro Amaro, eau-de-vie, passionfruit, calamansi, rose nectar, lemon leaf from the resort's own trees and watermelon skin tincture, which he makes using fresh watermelon scraps from our kitchen.
