Chef Boone Low, Junior Executive Sous Chef

Chef Boone Low oversees the kitchens of our resort’s various dining outlets, including Kwee Zeen. A veteran of several hotels and resorts, Chef Low draws inspiration from his formal training in French gastronomy and his Singaporean heritage. He fuses ingredients and techniques from both to create innovative breakfast buffet spreads and the French Tropical Afternoon Tea at LeBar.
