Pastry Chef Mag adds a yuletide touch to LeBar’s signature Afternoon Tea. Delight in savouries including Foie Gras Terrine with Caramelised Fig and Smoked Haddock Cream Cheese Millefeuille with Ikura. Besides the staple, scones with clotted cream, enjoy sweets such as Champagne Jelly with Cassis and Raspberry Chocolate Gâteau.

On the cocktail front, Head Mixologist Daniel Anthony brings on the festive cheer with Winter Hamlet, made with Shiraz Gin, Nutmeg, Orange Nectar, Lime and Tonic.
