Our culinary team at Kwee Zeen has curated a menu with more than 20 seafood dishes from which to choose. Feast on fresh seafood on ice including freshly shucked oysters, tiger prawns, white clams, mussels, scallops and snow crabs, along with a selection of Asian and Western dishes, and desserts.
In celebration of SG60, our SeafoodFest Weekend Buffet features a selection of Singaporean hawker delights such as satay, wanton mee, fried carrot cake, rojak and popiah, just to name a few.
