Ômina Romana Wine Dinner

On 18 March 2026 (Wednesday), immerse yourself in Velletri's rich culinary culture with a five-course wine-pairing dinner experience created by Chef Bjoern Alexander, in collaboration with Ômina Romana. Diners are also invited to join vineyard owner Katharina Börner as she shares about Ômina Romana wines.

Located in Velletri, the winery is set among the lush volcanic hills of the Castelli Romani that overlooks the Tyrrhenian Sea, about 40km south of Rome. Ômina Romana is a family-run vineyard and winery founded by the Börner family in 2007.
