Immerse in the Chinese New Year celebrations over a buffet spread, featuring dishes such as Shredded Chicken Salad with Szechuan Oil and Peanut, Fish Maw with Crab Meat, Sautéed Lettuce with Fa Cai and Chinese Mushroom, and Steamed Whole Fish with Homemade Fish Sauce.
