"Shellabrate" the start of the weekends over a buffet spread featuring a selection of crayfish and lobster dishes with a local flavour. Think Lobster Laksa, Singapore Chilli Lobster served with Mantou, Lobster Biryani, and Grilled Lobster with Sambal Penyet.
