Head Pastry Chef Eun-Ji

Pastry wunderkind Eun-Ji left her native South Korea at 18 to attend France's renowned Institut National de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie. After earning the industry's highest certificate, she honed her skills at Paris gourmet house Dalloyau and several Michelin-starred restaurants. Following a stint in global pastry development in Seoul, she brings her distinctive French-informed style to Brisbane.
