Held my wedding banquet in the Wallich Ballroom and it was great! Very beautiful ballroom and food was also very good! The staff was especially helpful - Wilson the banquet manager ran everything smoothly and the one of the servers was always attending to the wedding couple, passing us water when we needed, helping my wife carry and manage her train. Fern who was the overall head of catering was also very helpful in the 12 months of planning we had. 
 
To add on, the hotel stay at the Suite was amazing. Like that they had a pillow menu so that we can choose any kind of pillow that suited our liking.

Having our wedding dinner held at Sofitel City Centre is the best choice we have made. The food tastes amazing with the creative use of ingredients. Guests also showered us with compliments about how great the food of our dinner is. We were also pleasantly surprised that we were able to customise our floral decorations to our liking which not many hotels are able to provide. A big thank you to Fern for helping us despite the short notice. With her help, we were able to complete the bulk of our wedding plans in such a short period time. Special thanks to Nielson as well for keeping the event running smoothly.

We engaged Sofitel City Centre as our wedding banquet venue during the Covid period. Due to the restrictions, we had to postpone many times, adjust the number of pax up and down before the actual day. But we never regret a single bit engaging them for our big day.  

The Wallich ballroom was impressive, and the food was superb! They took the food tasting very seriously and noted down our requests and ensured that it was changed for our actual day.

My co-ordinator Jocelyn, my banquet manager Wilson, and the team over at Sofitel is very accommodating, understanding, and helpful. They helped us in every way they can to ensure the whole experience was fuss-free and awesome!

My wife and I held a wedding lunch @ Sofitel Singapore City Center, Saga ballroom. Throughout the wedding lunch, the helpers were very friendly and attentively serving our and our guests' needs, showing great hospitality. I was told that the food was great and the wedding program ran smoothly. 
 
Shoutout to Fern, our wedding coordinator who accomodated our requests such as setting up photobooth and also helping me to setup actual day decoration. She is friendly and very detailed. 
 
Will also like to thank Montu, our banquet manager. He arrived very early on the actual day to setup the decoration. He guided me on the procedures during the briefing and reassured he will always be there to help. He is calm and confident, speaking volumes about his experience.

Choosing Sofitel City Centre as our wedding venue was one of the best choices we made. We had a splendid experience from start till the end of our wedding journey. We were in good hands from the beginning and were always well guided during our planning. We were floored by the 5-star hospitality of all the staff up till the last moment where we were ushered to our suite after the wedding. Really couldn't have asked for better!
