Where Champagne meets the Straits

At Racines, heritage recipes are treated with patience and respect. Our signature Nyonya Assam Curry Snapper begins with an Assam paste prepared from scratch akin to home cooking, slowly built for depth and aroma.

Paired with the Champagne Pommery Apanage 1874, the dish takes on a new dimension. The Champagne softens the spice, brightens the curry's tangy notes and complements the crisp golden fish. Together, they create a pairing that feels both indulgent and deeply familiar.
