1864 brings together comforting classics, refined technique and thoughtfully sourced ingredients, creating a space to gather, linger and indulge from morning through evening. Indulge in signature mains such as Duck Leg Confit à l’Orange and Steak Frites honour time-tested recipes. Finish with something sweet: our playful Not-Quite-Paris-Brest or a refined Ispahan Mille-Feuille.

A Carnival-Themed Afternoon Tea

From a sweet parade of savoury surprises to a savoury act in sweet disguise, this imaginative selection transforms carnival-inspired treats into refined culinary expressions. Chocolate burgers with tropical brightness, truffle corn mousseline crowned with salted popcorn, foie gras lollipops with apple and marigold, and elegant salmon macarons with roe come together in a playful harmony of illusion, flavour, and quiet indulgence.
