Highlights include: Boston Lobsters, Fresh Oysters, Premium Artisanal Cheeses, Salmon Gravlax with Crème Fraiche, Roasted Angus Striploin, Slow-Braised Oxtail Bourguignon, Wok-Fried Bi Feng Tang-Style Prawns, Wok-Braised Seafood Hokkien Mee, Penang Laksa with Pork Collagen Broth , Raspberry Swiss Roll with Pistachio , Cempedak Crème Brûlée, Berries Blanc-manger with Crispy Pearls.
