The Ultimate Racines Buffet Brunch returns with an exciting new chapter, reimagined through the rich, comforting flavours of Straits heritage cuisine!

Only available on Saturday, the new brunch menu promises a lavish spread of familiar recipes meeting refined touches, from Singapore Chilli Prawns and Roasted Dang Gui Duck to Racines’ signature Nyonya Assam Curry Fish, Tahu Telur and Wok-Fried Black Pepper Prawns. Beyond the local favourites, indulge in premium fare such as freshly shucked Oysters, Sashimi, Artisanal Cheeses, and live carving of a Roasted Suckling Pig. End on a sweet note with over 10 desserts that bridge French finesse and local nostalgia, including Cempedak Crème Brûlée, Ondeh-Ondeh Cake and warm Yam Paste with Ginkgo Nuts.
