Gather around a table abundant with the flavours of the season, where a leisurely festive brunch unfolds in all its indulgence. Begin with Freshly Shucked Seasonal Oysters and Spanish-Style Sautéed Seafood, before exploring a lavish spread of Traditional Roast Turkey, Honey-Glazed Kurobuta Pork Ham and Christmas Roast Beef with Mulled Wine Jus. Discover local-inspired favourites such as steamed whole fish with Steamed Whole Fish with Assam Curry Sauce and Singapore Black Pepper Prawns, alongside an array of festive desserts, including Christmas Pudding with Vanilla Sauce and Christmas Spice Tiramisu.
