After its well-received debut three years ago, 1864 returns with a bold new edition of signature maritime cocktails. Inspired by ancient trade routes that shaped our world today, this sequel traces the same paths through fresh lens of trade, rituals and romance.

 

Crafted by 1864 at Sofitel Singapore City Centre, each cocktail is anchored in the history of a port — from the moonlit confessions of Venice to the spice-laced winds of India, from ancestral offerings on the Swahili coast to Peranakan nostalgia in Singapore. This latest chapter is an immersive voyage through 9 meticulously layered drinks, each steeped in culture and story.
