Developed by our Head Mixoligist, Emma Centeno, the experience at L’Obsidian is inspired by transformation, depth, and sensory discovery. Through techniques such as clarification, milk punch, smoke, infusion, and carbonation, each cocktail evolves into a more refined expression of flavor.

Inspired by the reflective nature of obsidian, the menu reveals unexpected layers through texture, aroma, and presentation. The cocktail selection is designed to offer something for every palate, from lighter and more refreshing profiles to deeper, spirit-forward creations.

The experience is complemented by a curated selection of elevated bites inspired by both French and Mexican flavors, featuring sophisticated small plates and shareable creations that enhance the sensory journey of the bar.

Music & atmosphere

L’Obsidian is more than a cocktail bar—it is a complete nightlife experience in Mexico City, with a privileged location near the Angel of Independence and views over Paseo de la Reforma.
