Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa is nestled in the southernmost edge of Sentosa island, filled with cultural sites and entertainment options and outdoor amenities.

Island admission 

For more information on Island admission to Sentosa from 1 April, 2023, kindly visit Sentosa’s official website here.

For guests who have reserved a stay in our Resort, kindly be advised that this will be waived. To enjoy complimentary access to Sentosa upon arrival at the island gantry, kindly take note of the following instructions.

 

If you are arriving by taxi or private hire car:

1.       Please present your booking confirmation to the officer manning the gantries (lane 1 & 2)

2.       Please advise the driver of your taxi or private hire car to enter using exclusively the manned gantries

3.       Kindly inform the driver to remove the CashCard from the In-Vehicle Unit (IU) prior to entering the manned gantries (lane 1 & 2)

 

If you are driving:

1.       Please present your booking confirmation to the officer manning the gantry

2.       Please enter using exclusively the manned gantries

3.       Kindly remove the CashCard from the In-Vehicle Unit (IU) prior to entering the manned gantries

 

Driving in Sentosa is no different from the mainland; motorists should still follow the usual driving tips.

By Public Transportation

From Gateway Ave, enter Sentosa island via the gantry and at the first roundabout, take the first exit onto Artillery Ave. Drive along Artillery Ave and at the second roundabout, take the third exit onto Bukit Manis Road. Drive along Bukit Manis Road and turn right upon seeing the entrance of Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa, situated opposite the Sentosa Golf Course.

 

Parking is complimentary for all resort guests.

Alight at Harbourfront MRT Station (North-East line). Proceed to Harbourfront MRT Station Exit D and board the complimentary shuttle service to the Resort.

 

Please note that for the safety and comfort of all guests, only small hand-carry bags are allowed on the shuttle bus.

By Bus

Hop on the free Bus B at the Sentosa Golf Club bus stop, located opposite the Resort to discover more of Sentosa’s attractions. Bus B runs every 15 minutes from 7am to 12.10am daily.

Located just two stops away from Sentosa Golf Club is Palawan Beach.  Alight here to enjoy a panoramic view of the South China Sea and the passing ships and planes.

 

From Palawan Beach, hop onto Bus B to get to Beach Station, which is four stations away.

Alight at Beach Station, for convenient access to the adventure-centric attractions at Palawan Beach, such as Splash Tribe, family-friendly beach hub, with a sandcastle-themed water and HyperDrive, Asia’s top-tier gamified electric Go-Kart circuit.

 

On sunny days, cool down with some wet and wild fun at HydroDash, Sentosa’s latest water-themed attraction. Those who want to take things slow, can try out the UltraGolf beachside mini golf course with its imaginative landscapes.

Hop on Bus B again, to head to Quayside Isle or Sentosa Cove Village, for some family-friendly dining options by the water.

By Beach Shuttle

The free Beach Shuttle is a fun way to discover Sentosa’s beaches and attractions. Head down to Tanjong Beach via the boardwalk near The Cliff. From there, hop on the Beach Shuttle, which runs every 15 to 25 minutes, from 9am to 10pm on Sun to Fri, and from 9am to 11.30pm on Sat.

The nearest stop from the Resort is Tanjong 1 Carpark.

The Beach Shuttle covers key attractions such as the Southernmost Point of Continental AsiaSkypark Sentosa by AJ Hackett, and Mega Adventure Park.
