Our hotel is minutes away from the Medina of Marrakech. This medieval walled city is a labyrinth of narrow alleyways where countless small shops in the souks offer traditional ceramics, jewellery, textiles and leather goods. At its heart, Jemaa el-Fna Square hosts a vibrant nightly circus of musicians, performers and food stalls.

Marrakech is a wonderful destination all year round, but the best times to visit are from March to May and September to October. Temperatures are relatively mild so you can enjoy sightseeing without overheating. There are fewer visitors during shoulder season, from November to February, while from June to August, Marrakech can be very hot.
The National Festival of Popular Arts celebrates Moroccan culture each year during June, while the Marrakech International Film Festival showcases local and global cinema in late November and early December. Marrakech is quieter during the holy month of Ramadan but most attractions and business remain open in the city.
