After learning to make fresh pasta with his mother at home, his gastronomic journey took him to luxury hotels and renowned restaurants across Europe, including the Michelin-starred Jacques Maximin in Vence, France.

Taste the history of Rome in every bite

Our generous dishes are Chef's interpretation of traditional Roman fare and his homage to local, seasonal produce. The tonnarelli egg pasta (homemade, of course) was invented in the Lazio region. So too were supplì rice balls, served with crispy zucchini blossom and pecorino sauce. On some plates, Rome gets a creative, global twist, like the vegetables with tempura batter and sweet and sour zest.
