Our generous dishes are Chef's interpretation of traditional Roman fare and his homage to local, seasonal produce. The tonnarelli egg pasta (homemade, of course) was invented in the Lazio region. So too were supplì rice balls, served with crispy zucchini blossom and pecorino sauce. On some plates, Rome gets a creative, global twist, like the vegetables with tempura batter and sweet and sour zest.
