Under the guidance of Chef Frédéric Gigou, the cuisine celebrates the richness of Tahitian gastronomy, blending local produce, Polynesian island inspirations and international influences. Raw fish in coconut milk, lagoon lobster, Polynesian vanilla, the iconic Moorea pineapple, and other island fruits and flavors feature on the menu, alongside carefully selected ingredients, reflecting a commitment to local farming and fishing.

Throughout the year, the restaurant brings evenings and weekends to life with an ever-changing culinary program: Polynesian evenings, Surf & Turf buffets, themed dinners and seasonal brunches inspired by events throughout the year.

Twice a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, the Polynesian evening invites you to discover local culinary traditions through a generous buffet, accompanied by music, traditional dance and Polynesian performances. From 5 pm, the evening opens with the lighting of the traditional Tahitian Ahima'a oven, followed by a hearty buffet and the spectacular fire dance. Learn more about our Polynesian evening.

On weekends, the Polynesian breakfast completes this immersion into local flavors, accompanied by the melodies of a local ukulele band, to start the day to the rhythm of the islands.

Breakfast : 6:00-10:00 am on weekdays, 6:00-11:00 am on weekends and public holidays. Guests can enjoy a wide selection of breakfast options, including Continental, American, Asian and Polynesian breakfast, available on Saturdays and Sundays.
