From 6:00 PM, enjoy a rich and varied traditional buffet for a flavorful culinary journey.
At 7:30 PM, feel the captivating rhythm of the Hirinaki group for a musical evening filled with the charm of old Tahiti and the Tuamotu!
Saturday program : Polynesian day
12:30 AM: Preparation and firing of the traditional Tahitian oven “Ahima’a”.
5:30 PM: Opening ceremony of the oven at the entrance of Pure restaurant, accompanied by the Tamarii Heiura ukulele trio.
Discover the steam-cooked dishes served during the Polynesian buffet starting at 6:00 PM.
7:30 PM: The Tamarii Heiura troupe will amaze you with a captivating traditional dance show, followed by the impressive fire dance.
Savor this unique experience while enjoying a dinner with local flavors, specially prepared by our chefs, for a complete sensory journey.
