Conditions of sales

  • Bookings must be made by March 15th, with full payment required by credit card at the time of booking.
  • Payments are non-refundable and cannot be modified.
  • Additional adults can be included in breakfast for $49 per person, per day, and children under 12 years for $20 per day.
  • A $100 per night refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
  • Up to two children under 12 stay free when sharing a parent’s room with existing bedding; rollaway beds incur extra charges.
