Lunch leans Spanish, with plates made for sharing in the afternoon light. As the sky fades from gold to indigo, the kitchen shifts to Western cooking laced with Peruvian flavour, and the air-conditioned dining room becomes the setting for unforgettable rooftop dining in Denarau.

Restaurant and rooftop club

Tables are by reservation, exclusively for resort guests aged 16 and over. The rooftop club and its infinity pool are reserved for guests in selected suites and residences and are booked separately from the restaurant. Club guests can also order tapas by the pool, where a DJ plays from a deck suspended over the water at sunset.
