Meet Executive Chef Benoit Leloup

Executive Chef Benoit Leloup’s career spans nearly three decades across France and Asia, including Michelin-starred kitchens and Sofitel Phnom Penh. His cooking draws on French technique and the flavours he encountered in China, Cambodia and Vietnam.
