Lavish ease, lagoonside

Sol is the largest swim-up bar in the South Pacific, set between the lagoon pools, so a cocktail or a cold drink never means leaving the water. With music playing across the lagoons and the family close by, it is the easy meeting point of a pool day, whether you swim up for a drink or settle in for the afternoon.

Lunch by the lagoons

At lunchtime, Sol serves contemporary à la carte dishes with fresh flavours: tapas-style plates to share, crisp salads, stacked sandwiches and burgers. Take a seat at the restaurant tables or stay on your lounger and let lunch come to you.
