Humo showcases dishes from around the world, many cooked on a Japanese robata grill. Foods prepared over the hot open charcoal flame develop an extraordinary depth of flavor.

We present appetizers that are both traditional and inventive. Fresh fish might be prepared with our own garden’s mint, lemongrass and basil for one dish or with green curry sauce, lemon, walnuts and plantains in another.

A decadent conclusion to your meal: an edible bonsai

Your meal at Humo is only complete when you’ve experienced the Bonsai. This edible miniature tree, fashioned from rich Amazonia chocolate, is imbued with the flavors of India. The chocolate trunk is adorned with pistachio sponge foliage, cocoa crumble, spiced mango chutney, pistachio mousseline and saffron-infused yogurt. Top it off with a mango sorbet – heavenly.
