Ranging from ricotta to fontina, Italian cheeses are as diverse as Italy’s beautiful landscapes. Delight in a selection of dishes, including Ricotta Frittata with Spinach, Marinated Olives and Sundried Tomato and Italian Cheese Steak Sandwich with Bell Peppers, Salami and Chilli.
