Born and raised in Burgundy, Chef Perret is guided by a passion for local ingredients. A member of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France and Académie Culinaire de France, he also creates signature dishes for Air France Business Cabin.

Paul Peyrat honed his craft in renowned French hotels. His pastry-making blends a zest for creative flavours and approaches with a commitment to sustainability.
