Our restaurant Maison Blossom celebrates French traditions through seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and wines from committed producers across France’s finest terroirs. From breakfast onwards, our entire culinary offering is dedicated to responsible sourcing. All our menus include vegetarian or vegan options.

    In line with our commitment to eliminating single-use plastic, our microfiltered water, glass-bottled on the premises, offers a pure and responsible alternative, reducing environmental impact by up to 90%.

    Using smart tools such as connected systems, we actively monitor and reduce food waste, while recycling oils and transforming organic matter into compost and fertiliser, supporting a more conscious and refined culinary experience.

    During your stay, enjoy a more sustainable way to discover Paris with our complimentary electric bikes, available directly at the hotel. Ideally located near the Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the hotel invites you to explore the capital by bike and experience the city like a local.
