• Kids Club (4–12 years)

Sofitel resort Kids Clubs welcome children aged 4 to 12 with a full programme of supervised activities, from creative workshops and nature discovery to cooking sessions and water sports. Each club is staffed by trained animators who ensure a safe, engaging environment for every child. Activity booklets inspired by Le Petit Prince encourage imagination and learning, while daily schedules include a mix of indoor and outdoor play, arts and crafts, and group games. Typical opening hours allow for both morning and afternoon sessions, but families are encouraged to confirm exact times with the Kids Concierge at each resort. With a focus on creativity, exploration, and fun, the Kids Club is designed to make every day a new adventure.

• Teen Zone (13–17 years)

Selected Sofitel resorts offer a dedicated Teen Zone for guests aged 13 to 17, providing an independent space where teenagers can enjoy their own programme of activities. The Teen Zone features a lounge area for socialising, sports activities, culinary challenges, and opportunities for artistic creation. Programmes are designed to foster independence and connection with peers, giving teens a sense of freedom within a safe environment. Availability and specific activities vary by resort, so families should check with the Kids Concierge to see if the Teen Zone is offered at their chosen destination.

• Kids Concierge

At Sofitel Family Resorts, a dedicated Kids Concierge is on hand to help families plan their stay, from booking Kids Club sessions to arranging in-room surprises for children. The Kids Concierge can reserve activity slots, organise babysitting, and anticipate allergies or special needs to ensure every child’s comfort and safety. Families can contact the Kids Concierge by email before arrival or speak with them in person during their stay. This service is available at all resorts certified Family First.

• Baby Essentials in resort

All Family First certified Sofitel resorts provide a full Baby Essentials service on request, at no extra charge. This includes:

• Baby cot
• Bottle warmer and sterilizer
• Baby bathtub
• Stroller
• Child-friendly tableware
• Le Petit Prince welcome kit at check-in

• Family pools

Sofitel resorts feature pools designed for the whole family, with dedicated shallow areas for young children and, in selected properties, waterslides and splash pads for extra fun. Calm zones are available for parents to relax, while secure areas ensure children can play safely. Many resorts also offer poolside dining, so families can enjoy snacks and meals together without leaving the water’s edge. • Babysitting

Babysitting is available on request at all Family First certified Sofitel resorts, allowing parents to enjoy their own time while children are cared for by a trusted Heartist. Babysitting should be reserved in advance through the Kids Concierge, and rates may vary depending on the resort. This service ensures peace of mind for parents and a safe, enjoyable experience for children.

At every Sofitel resort, families are invited to discover the local culture through hands-on workshops and activities designed for children and teenagers alike, from traditional craft sessions to nature discovery and local cooking classes. It can include:
