From Hawaii’s Prawn & Salmon Poke, a colourful medley of sushi rice, avocado, and seaweed salad, to the showstopping grills, charred to perfection and ideal for sharing, WAKA’s menu invites discovery. The Roasted Seabass in Banana Leaf, steeped in the wisdom of ancient island cooking, arrives fragrant with smoky aromas and is perfectly complemented by tropical sides like coconut rice and bok choy.

Infused with influences from Pacific rim to South America, dining at WAKA isn’t just a meal - it’s a sensory voyage across, one unforgettable bite at a time.

Crafted Cocktails

Step into a South Pacific reverie at WAKA, where island traditions and tropical flavours come alive in every sip. Our cocktails pay homage to the rich heritage of Tiki culture, weaving tales of sun-soaked shores and ancient rituals.

Experience the Waka Tai, a rum-forward creation that honours the original Mai Tai with tropical nuances and a creamy almond finish. Strong, smooth, and unforgettable. For those craving something bold and theatrical, The TikiNator brings the drama with Takamaka rum, Triple Sec, passion fruit, lychee, and cinnamon, ignited in a flaming lime shell for a sip that’s pure fire. And when the night calls for a little fruity chaos, the Ukulele answers - a riotous mix of gin, rum, passion fruit, lime, and grenadine that’s as lively as the rhythms playing under the stars.
