Executive Chef Matteo Bertuletti

Executive Chef Matteo Bertuletti grew up in Italy and studied under pioneering chef Fiorenzo Baroni, inheriting his passion for reimagining traditional dishes. Honing his craft in Italy, the UK, the UAE and Turkey, he brings to the kitchen specific interests in diet, healthy eating and the use of local produce, reflected in his creative and delicious takes on Turkish and European specialties.
