With over 20 years of experience, Chef Jean-François Le Luherne brings a perfect balance of French tradition and innovation to Bijou Patisserie at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. Since joining in December 2024, he has delighted guests with seasonal creations, including The Saffron Flower for La Haute Croissanterie Blossoms. This limited-edition croissant, infused with the region's luxurious saffron, reflects his creative passion for blending classic French techniques with local flavors, offering an indulgent taste of the season.

 

Chef Jean-François is deeply committed to sustainability and mindful sourcing, values he incorporates into every pastry he creates. His dedication to the art of pastry has earned him well-deserved recognition, including Dubai’s Highly Commended Afternoon Tea.
