Savour the season with a thoughtfully crafted festive set lunch, where each course is designed to linger on the palate like a catchy chorus in a golden song. Delicate starters, from winter truffle chicken soup to pumpkin and chestnut salad, give way to hearty mains such as Shiraz-braised beef bourguignon and wok-fried black pepper turkey, before the meal concludes with desserts ranging from black forest cake to Christmas pudding.

Magnificent Candlelight Feasts
A celebration of festive flavours unfolds like a grand symphony at the Magnificent Candlelight Feasts. European cheeses and Crème du Barry set the opening notes, while crowd favourites such as Kurobuta pork, mulled wine–braised Angus beef stew, Angel’s curry chicken, and steamed tiger grouper create rich harmonies. Desserts, from Golden Tropical Noel cake and red fruit blanc-manger to crêpes Suzette, bring the performance to a sweet and memorable finale.

Tinsel & Tea
As the festive season approaches, the hotel lobby is transformed into a winter wonderland as the afternoon tea takes on a joyful, celebratory twist. Set on a bed of snow beneath a towering Christmas tree twinkling with fairy lights and surrounded by delightful “gifts”, the tea set features an array of sweets and savouries, from citrus and sansho pepper salmon, crunchy chocolate gift box, to a reindeer-shaped Enchanted Forest log cake.

Starlit Elixirs
Raise a glass to the season with two festive creations that sing with holiday cheer. Wonderful Thyme, inspired by a snow globe, shimmers in a champagne flute, crowned with a rosemary sprig atop a bed of red snowdust, and finished with a sparkling flourish of champagne. Jolly Jingle, its non-alcoholic counterpart, delights in a snifter glass, featuring a berry- and cinnamon-infused ice cube and topped with Sprite, a sparkling sip perfect for the season.
