In honour of La Fête de la Musique, Racines brings together the flavours of Singapore's culinary past with Melodies of the Straits, a themed Saturday brunch buffet on 18 July 2026.
Feast on a curated buffet spread featuring the best of Straits cuisine, from Freshly Shucked Oysters and Chilled Seafood on Ice to Roasted Suckling Pig and Wok-Fried Salted Egg King Prawns. Savour Assam Curry Fish, indulge in Singapore Laksa and Hainanese Chicken Rice, and sample the umami kick of Kam Heong White Clams. End the meal on a sweet note with Chilled Cheng Tng, a frothy Teh Tarik, or Warm Black Glutinous Rice with Coconut Cream.
As you dine, a live band serenades the restaurant with nostalgic melodies and timeless local songs, creating the perfect backdrop for a Saturday well spent.
Every table also takes home a box of four croissants from the hotel's signature La Haute Croissanterie Fruit Kiss Collection.
