Highlights include the Matcha Chocolate Mousseline with ginger and pickled pear, alongside the velvety Ivoire Chocolate Crèmeux layered with tropical passionfruit and pineapple. Richer expressions emerge through the intense Chocolate Roulade crafted with Valrhona Guanaja 70% dark chocolate, as well as savoury creations such as Braised Pork with Black Pepper & Mocha Emulsion and Cocoa Nib Crusted Madeira Cured Foie Gras.
Experience beyond the table with exclusive bi-weekly Saturday demonstration sessions led by Sofitel Singapore City Centre’s pastry chefs. Through intimate live demonstrations and interactive hands-on experiences, discover the artistry, techniques and inspirations behind selected pastries from the afternoon tea. Each demonstration session lasts approximately one hour and is available at an additional $12++ per person, with the first session beginning on 18 July 2026.
