This March, step into an intimate dining experience shaped by story, craft, and quiet strength. Created by Senior Sous Chef Amy, this three-course menu brings together French Technique and local inspiration, unfolding through a Nanyang-style Foie Gras, a tender Friselva Pork Jowl, and a Noir — a dessert inspired by the Black Forest cake. Each source reflects balance, resilience, and grace, honouring the women in culinary arts.
