Step into the Soirée Room, a distinctive event space that combines French-inspired elegance with modern functionality. Bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, the room offers sweeping views of the Adelaide skyline, providing a dramatic and inspiring setting for any occasion.

The space comfortably accommodates to 30 pax boardroom style and 60 pax cocktail style.

Symphony

Symphony is ideal for meetings or celebrations of 45 guests, or cocktail receptions for 80. For smaller events, we can divide the space into halves or quarters to suit your needs.

Executive Boardroom

Steeped in elegance, our 10th-floor Executive Boardroom sets the scene for professional meetings and private gatherings of 12 guests, complete with Club Millésime service.

Garçon Bleu

Whether an intimate private dinner for a select few, a grand celebration for a larger group or even a whole restaurant buy-out, Garçon Bleu can be tailored to your every need.
