Festive Culinary Indulgence 2026

Begin Christmas morning with tray-passed spiced custard croissants, candied orange brioche buns and individual Black Forest French toast. House-made strawberry and quandong, and blackberry and lemon myrtle jams bring an Australian touch to the festive breakfast table.

Celebrate Christmas Day with a generous waterfront buffet at two-Chef-Hat Atelier by Sofitel. Enjoy Pacific oysters, tiger prawns, green-lipped mussels and kingfish sashimi, followed by porchetta, honey-glazed Kurobuta ham, slow-roasted O’Connor beef, coal-roasted chicken and soy-and-ginger barramundi.

Finish with a summery selection of French pâtisserie, from strawberry cream choux and blueberry lemon tart to pineapple pavlova, spiced madeleines and gingerbread.
