Meeting & function spaces

Straits Ballroom

Our most spacious events venue, the Straits Ballroom is ideal for larger celebrations and meetings. Nature invites itself in through generous glass doors and windows that let in natural daylight and views of the manicured garden. Just outside is the wide Straits Veranda – with a capacity for 150 people and breathtaking views of tropical woodlands and the South China Sea beyond.

Two wide doors open directly onto the Celebrations & Events Centre’s light-filled lobby, featuring contemporary artwork, a vibrant colour palette and even more inspiring views of the outdoors.

The ballroom is large enough to accommodate 320 guests in a cocktail format, and 250 for sit-down banquets. This flexible space can also be divided into two smaller function rooms, Straits I and Straits II.

Saffron Ballroom

The golden-yellow colour of the world’s most precious spice lends its name to this elegant venue. Blonde parquet flooring, coppery lights and the six-metre ceiling add to the glamour of this 205sqm room. A spacious indoor foyer connects the lobby with the ballroom, serving as a private reception area for your guests. Stepping outside the foyer, you find yourself on an exquisite terrace framed by lush tropical greenery.

The Saffron Ballroom can seat up to 170 guests in a theatre or banquet arrangement. For smaller events, the space can be divided into two separate rooms.

The Cliff

Choose the main dining room, one of two private dining rooms or the seaview al fresco terrace for celebrations and corporate events headlined by award-winning Italian gastronomy.

At the outdoor deck every evening from 5pm to 7pm, diners can take in views of the sunset in the horizon as they partake in the Sunset Aperitivo, replete with free-flowing house wine, beer, Prosecco and a platter of canapés. Be it a cocktail reception or a set meal, our chefs can create customised menus for the occasion.

LeBar

This outdoor pavilion lounge in the heart of our Resort is ideal for cocktail receptions, team-building events and buffet affairs for up to 60.

Villa du Jardin

Host a corporate event or plan a family holiday in one of our four intimate Villas du Jardin. A separate entrance, private pool, deck and garden setting offer the utmost seclusion and prestige.

Kusu Room

The Kusu Room is ideal for classes, breakout sessions and intimate meetings. Its location on the ground floor affords tranquil views of a leafy walkway. This 74sqm space can be separated into two smaller rooms, Kusu I and Kusu II.

Nutmeg Room

Located on the Conference Centre’s lower level, this 120sqm room can comfortably accommodate up to 80 people for meetings and banquets. The space can be separated into two smaller rooms.

Ginger Room

With its bright colours and contemporary décor, the Ginger Room is an energising venue for medium-size functions. Its location on the lower ground floor allows it to open onto a terrace and manicured lawns. The 108sqm space can be divided into two smaller rooms, each with garden access.

Cinnamon Room

The Cinnamon Room, with a bank of floor-to-ceiling windows, is perfect for small to medium-size meetings and dinners. It has direct access to the terrace and the building’s beautiful lawn from its lower ground-floor location. This warmly decorated space can accommodate up to 84 people in a theatre format.
