This September, Jardin Grill welcomes award-winning Chef Kia Kanuta and returning Chef Roy Giam to join Executive Chef Joe Costello for Back to the Fire.

Across two evenings, the chefs will bring their distinct culinary perspectives together, weaving Māori ingredients and traditional cooking techniques through Jardin Grill’s signature fire-led style.
