Your ceremony begins with a brief introduction to the history of sabrage before your chosen bottle of Champagne is elegantly opened with a cavalry sabre. As the cork is cleanly released in a single, precise stroke, you'll raise a glass to French art de vivre and celebrate the occasion in true Sofitel style. Guests may also keep the sabred cork as a memento of the experience, where offered.
