By booking the Resident Offer, guests agree to have read and accepted the conditions set out below.
This offer is valid, subject to availability, at Sofitel Dubai The Palm for stays from 4 March 2026 to 30 September 2026 inclusive, and must be booked between 4 March 2026 and 20 September 2026.
This offer is exclusively available to residents of the United Arab Emirates and proof of residency may be requested upon arrival at the hotel.
Reservations must be made through Accor distribution channels, including Accor websites, the Accor ALL mobile application, the ALL reservation centre, or directly with the hotel.
The offer is valid for a minimum stay of one night and a maximum stay of fourteen nights. It is subject to availability and may not be available during certain dates including major public holidays, special events, or blackout periods.
Conditions of the Offer
This offer includes the following benefits for the duration of the stay:
Daily breakfast served at the hotel restaurant
Complimentary room upgrade, subject to availability at the time of arrival
Late check out until 4 PM, subject to availability
50% savings on treatments of 60-minutes or longer at Sofitel Spa with L'Occitane
25% savings on à la carte dining across participating restaurants and lounges within the resort per stay.
The 25% dining discount applies to à la carte menus only and excludes special events, promotional menus, in room dining, and alcohol where restricted by local regulations.
The discount and inclusions included in this offer do not apply to additional services, tourist tax, or other applicable local taxes.
This offer cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts, unless otherwise specified.
Loyalty Programme
This offer is eligible for ALL – Accor Live Limitless points and benefits, in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the ALL loyalty programme at participating hotels.
Check in and Check out
Check in and check out times are defined by the hotel’s general terms and conditions of sale for the booked rate.
Child Policy
Child policies may vary depending on the room category and hotel policies and will be specified in the general terms and conditions of sale of the booked rate.
