By booking the "A Love Encounter" offer, the customer agrees to have read and accepted the conditions set out below:

This offer is valid, subject to availability at the selected hotel, for stays between 13 – 16 February 2026 at Sofitel Dubai The Palm. Bookings must be made between 10 January 2026 and 15 February 2026, 23:59 (local hotel time).

Reservations must be made through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, ALL mobile applications, ALL reservation centre, directly at the hotel) or through traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected with the Accor reservation centre.

No online pre-payment is required at the time of booking; however, all bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of check-in.

The offer may be modified, cancelled, or exchanged following the cancellation policy issued by the hotel. If these conditions do not allow for a right to cancel, or if the cancellation right has already expired, the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night's rate, inclusive of VAT.
