Head Chef JianFeng He has a vast amount of experience in the hospitality sector, having worked in restaurants for more than 20 years. At Fu Lu Zu, he heads up a dedicated team that shares his passion for high-end Cantonese cuisine.

Our à la carte offering presents Cantonese delights to devour. Browse the menu to find your fancy. Quail egg in spicy sauce. Fish maw bisque with golden pumpkin. Salt-baked chicken with seven types of vegetables and ginger. For a maritime twist, try live seafood such as Canadian lobster, river prawns and abalone, or order in advance from our exclusive on-demand menu.

Dim Sum Lunch & Brunch

Every day is dim sum day. Pop in with family and friends for a feast to remember. As each colourfully plated item is served, you might see pork barbecue buns and shrimp siew mai, or ha gao prawn dumplings and taro buns. To name just a few. Available for lunch from 11.30am-2.30pm Monday to Friday, and brunch on weekends with a peking duck live station.
