Chef Sébastien Perrot

Sébastien Perrot grew up in Chablis, Burgundy, and headed to Paris at 18, earning his culinary stripes at a succession of Michelin-starred establishments before joining the Accor Group.

As chef at Sofitel Grand Ducal since 2008, Perrot offers hearty, comforting recipes. When he’s not conjuring up new dishes in the kitchen of Mu restaurant, he’s out exploring Luxembourg on his bike.
