Chef Yann Castano

Originally from Marseille, Yann Castano is a talented chef who honed his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris and Aix-en-Provence before moving to Luxembourg in 2002.

Named Chef of the Year by Gault & Millau Luxembourg in 2018, he recently joined our establishment following his tenure at Sofitel Luxembourg Europe.

With a passion for quality ingredients and Mediterranean cuisine, Yann continues to provide an exceptional culinary experience for our guests.
