Executive Chef Paweł Kałuski brings his culinary artistry to our flagship restaurant, La Brasserie Moderne. Guided by his philosophy that the height of sophistication is actually simplicity, Chef Kałuski uses seasonal ingredients and fresh, premium products to create French cuisine with a Polish twist. He has cooked for presidents and celebrities, and as part of the Bocuse d'Or Poland team.
