With a passion for refined but accessible cuisine, Chef Edward Hancock brings with him over nineteen years of restaurant management experience as well as culinary expertise acquired at The Philadelphia Restaurant School. His agricultural roots influence his dishes, a mix of French-inspired ingredients and fresh, seasonal herbs and vegetables, which he grows on our very own rooftop.
