Chef Gabriel Aoun

Cutting his culinary teeth in the esteemed kitchens of Beirut’s La Cigale Hotel, Chef Aoun rose to the rank of executive chef. He joined Sofitel Le Gabriel in 2022. Today, he utilises his profound skills and knowledge developing Lebanese dishes inspired by classic French recipes, choosing the best of seasonal and local ingredients to star on his exquisite menus.
