Chef Tung

Creative and passionate, Chef Tung is a Vietnamese native with a flair for pushing the boundaries of his art. His culinary journey includes a five-year tenure at Martin's Château du Lac hotel in Belgium, where he was privileged to learn from some of the region’s most celebrated chefs. In his 12 years at Sofitel Saigon Plaza, he has consistently crafted dishes that delight and awe all the senses.
