An unforgettable summer evening

On 15 August, our panoramic terrace is transformed into an exclusive pop-up restaurant for one evening only. As the sun sets over the Atlantic Ocean, dive into in a seafood platter (half lobster, oysters, crab, langoustines, prawns and shellfish) followed by the Chef's raspberry dessert with Madagascan vanilla. During the fireworks display, enjoy a complimentary glass of Champagne while live music creates the perfect atmosphere.

Priced at €195 per person, this exclusive event is available by reservation only until 11 August 2026, subject to availability. The event is subject to favourable weather conditions and to the City of Biarritz maintaining the 15 August fireworks display.
